The Ayngstree House project has proven to be a highly gratifying endeavour. We encountered significant challenges, particularly with regard to persistent leaks caused by driving rain and wind penetrating the original windows and doors of the green oak building. Perched atop the picturesque hills of Clifton on Teme, the property demanded a robust solution.

To address these weatherproofing issues, we introduced new Accoya joinery, which effectively resolved the problem of water infiltration. The joinery, meticulously sealed to the frames, ensures that no water can enter the property during heavy rainfall. This solution has successfully overcome the previous leakage concerns.

Furthermore, we crafted exquisite external gates that harmonize with the style of the original gates. These beautiful additions enhance the overall aesthetic of the property, providing a seamless blend of functionality and visual appeal.
